How do I know how much I can earn?
After signing in on website go to Dashboard. You can see the prognosis of your income considering current Hashrate there.
PPS or FPPS, what to choose?
PPS (or Pay per Share) is a method based on a fixed payment for the power provided by the miner. The price is formed on the basis of the total network difficulty and the amount of reward for the unit.
FPPS (Full Pay per Share) method allows miners to receive a share in the form of transaction fees. The fee is calculated for a certain period, added to the reward for the unit, and then distributed among the miners in accordance with the PPS model described above. The commission for this method is 4%.
These types of rewards have their own characteristics, so we recommend that you test both types and decide for yourself which one is more suitable for your capacities.
Why mining on SigmaPool is more profitable?
Currently in our pool you will receive 100% PPS - we won’t take any fee. We tried to make statistics as detailed as possible, so you could always see how much you are earning.
How to configure payouts from pool to the wallet?
You can do that in your account. Go to Settings -> Payments settings tab.
What will happen if i will not specify wallet for payouts in settings?
Your balance will start increasing according to the amount of assessments. As soon as you set up your payout address, system will automatically transfer all the funds to your wallet. During collection of new assessments, auto-payouts will also be working. You may remove payout address at any time to prevent funds withdrawal from your account. During setting up wallet address, it is checked for validity, so funds are protected from being sent to non-existent address.

Why do I have so many Discarded Shares?
Discarded shares is a meaningless stat unless you are using getwork (and even then it only matters to the pool operator, not the miner). It is an absolutely useless stat on GBT and Stratum. Discards are not rejects, they are not even shares. It means that your software had work prepared to hash but instead it discarded it in favor of newer/fresher work. You are not wasting any hashes when your miner discards work.
Can I get payouts in different currency?
Integration with ShapeShift is planned for the near future. After that you will be able to get payouts in most comfortable currency for you.

When do payouts occur?
Payments to the BTC pool are made once a day between 9:00 am and 11:00 am (UTC). The balance must be above the payment threshold at the time of the payment itself, and the payment address is confirmed.
Why didn’t my payout address change after I entered it?
Change of payout address and payout threshold need to be confirmed by clicking a link that is sent to your email. This works as additional lay of protection. Even if malicious user gets access to your account, he will not be able to change payout address so easily.
Why I can't use PPLNS scheme on BTC pool?
At the moment there is only PPS and FPPS scheme available at our BTC pool due to PPLNS scheme having a high risk of miner not getting any rewards for a long time. With pool hashrate growth it is possible that PPLNS scheme will become available in future.
What is 2-hour SMA?
Simple moving average - for past 2 hours that looks like bold line on a chart. For example, if you had connected 1 miner and after some time connected another, this line will smoothly go up while actual hashrate graph will spike up.
How long does it take for workers to appear on the website after connecting?
Workers might take up to 15 minutes to appear on the website after connecting them. If you are certain that everything is set up correctly in miner settings, but workers did not appear - contact our technical support.
